Anu Mankki has over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic resourcing tasks in leading technology and manufacturing industries as well as FMCG companies both domestically and internationally. She also has comprehensive experience in developing and managing global industrial service operations – including family businesses.

For clients operating in various industries – listed, non-listed, and family-owned companies in Finland and abroad, Anu actively executes CEO/management, various executive-level, and demanding functional management assignments. She has clients in the manufacturing and technology industries, FMCG, process industries, construction, retail, as well as service, finance, and insurance sectors.

As an HR and Communications Director, Anu has been a member of executive teams, including 15 years in the executive teams of publicly traded companies. She possesses solid expertise in developing both business and functional capabilities and key areas of expertise.

Anu has successfully worked on strategic change initiatives, M&A and business turnaround projects, as well as growth and efficiency programs. The focus has been particularly on developing organizations and processes, as well as resources, skills, and leadership.

For her clients, Anu also conducts management assessments and Management Review processes, which provide deeper insights into the target group’s capabilities, performance, potential, as well as key themes related to group development and performance for management decision-making.

Anu has worked with various board committees, possessing insights into board work, dynamics, and roles. She has served as a board member for various group companies and has also conducted board member searches and board evaluations.

Anu has a Master’s degree in Philosophy/Arts and has additionally completed international management studies at IMD in Switzerland, Aalto University, and MBA studies. She has lived and worked in Finland, Germany, and Sweden, as well as extended periods in China, Thailand, the Baltics, the USA, and Turkey.
