Before joining JFP, Anu Mankki gained over 20 years of extensive experience from internationally operating listed Technology, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Service companies as an HR & Communications Executive at corporate, business division, country, and unit levels. Additionally, Anu has thorough experience in building up and leading globally operating service operations and businesses. Throughout her career, Anu has been a Member of Management Teams, holding 15 years of C-level memberships in listed companies.

Throughout her career, Anu has successfully led and worked with Business Transformations and Organizational Designs, Efficiency and Growth, and M&A programs, as well as Culture, People, and Capability transformations. Thus, Anu has a comprehensive understanding and experience in strategic-operative resource and management questions.

As a business executive and a JFP partner, Anu has successfully recruited and placed hundreds of professionals into executive teams and CEO, general, and functional management and specialist roles for listed, private, and family-owned businesses in Finland and abroad. Her assignments vary from business management and development, operations and manufacturing to Group functions. She also has experience in sales and marketing, FICO and ICT, HR and Communications, and Corporate Responsibility assignments. Anu has closely worked with various board committees and members, and she actively conducts board-level searches. Many HR professionals have found new roles through Anu.

She has conducted assignments in various industries from business and country levels up to the corporate level. Additionally, she thoroughly understands the resource dynamics in different parts of Finland through her assignments and working career.

Anu has a Master’s degree in Philosophy/Arts and has additionally studied international business at IMD in Switzerland. Furthermore, she has lived and worked in Finland, Germany, and Sweden, and for extended periods in China, Thailand, the Baltics, USA, and Turkey.
