JFP Welcomes Teemu Tiainen as Senior Partner

Teemu brings more than 17 years of experience in executive search and leadership assessment, with a proven track record in recruiting CEOs, executive team members, and board directors. His industry expertise spans the real estate and construction sectors, retail and consumer markets, professional services, as well as transportation and logistics.

Throughout his career, Teemu has held international roles with leading executive search firms including Korn Ferry and Mercuri Urval, advising both Finnish and international clients in executive recruitment, leadership assessment, and leadership development.

Before moving into executive search, Teemu served as CEO and Sales Director of a family-owned business. His hands-on experience in business leadership, growth management, commercial development, and people leadership gives him a strong ability to understand the business needs and challenges faced by owners, boards of directors, and senior executives.
