IIC Partners Celebrates Its 40th Anniversary in Helsinki

The year 2026 marks a significant milestone for IIC Partners, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary as one of the world’s leading networks of independent executive search firms.

In 1986, JFP Executive Search, together with three European and one North American executive search firm, founded the IIC Partners network. Over the past four decades, the network has grown into a global organisation comprising more than 45 offices worldwide. Expansion continues into new markets, with Auckland, Tokyo and Bucharest among the most recent additions.
