He has more than 17 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, with a strong track record in appointing Managing Directors, Business Area Directors, functional leaders and Board Members.

His industry expertise spans Real Estate & Construction, Retail, Professional Services, Transport & Logistics and other service-oriented sectors. During the past decade, Teemu has held international roles with Korn Ferry and Mercuri Urval, supporting both Finnish and international clients in identifying, assessing and developing senior leaders.

Teemu has also been actively involved in board-level research and thought leadership initiatives focusing on CEO succession planning, board value creation and the evolving role and profile of the Chairperson. Through this work, he has developed an extensive network among experienced Board Members and Chairs, as well as a deep understanding of board effectiveness, governance and leadership succession.

Prior to his consulting career, Teemu served as CEO and Sales Director in a family-owned company, providing him with first-hand experience of business leadership, commercial growth, organisational development and people management. This operational background enables him to approach assignments from a practical business perspective and to understand the challenges faced by owners, boards and executive teams.
