Juha Pohto has over 25 years of experience in conducting executive search projects and consulting client organizations regarding the recruitment of senior management and key personnel.

He is a strong generalist in the executive search field, both in terms of industries and functions. Juha especially enjoys working with industrial clients, in consumer business and technology, as well as within the Life Science cluster. Functionally, Juha’s professional passion lies in general management and executive searches for positions with profit and loss responsibility, operational leadership roles, sales and marketing management, and searches related to societal impact. Juha has experience working with both large corporations and agile growth companies.

Earlier in his career, Juha worked as a Senior Research Consultant for 21 years at an international executive search firm. Since the beginning of 2022, Juha has been leveraging his accumulated expertise in a client responsible Senior Consultant role. Due to his career background, Juha is particularly quality-oriented and a consultant who is deeply committed to his clients’ needs.

Before starting a career in recruitment, Juha worked in the Parliament of Finland until 1998 in political support roles. Juha has strong knowledge and proven project experience in conducting executive search assignments within societally sensitive business sectors, the third sector, as well as in Public Affairs leadership search assignments.
