Laura is an experienced business leader with a long-standing track record as CEO and in demanding executive roles across multiple industries. She is an active board professional and deeply engaged in advancing corporate governance capabilities. Laura has successfully led numerous large-scale transformation processes during industry disruptions, economic challenges, and strategic renewals. She has played a key role in various mergers and acquisitions and has driven growth in companies of different sizes and structures—from SMEs and family-owned businesses to publicly listed corporations.

Her core strengths include cross-sector expertise, strategic communication, brand development, leadership culture, and both employee and customer experience. She also brings valuable insight and experience from the public and third sectors.

In addition to her Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, Laura has continuously enhanced her leadership skills through various executive education programs.
