Niko Haavisto Appointed Senior Partner

JFP continues its strong growth as Niko Haavisto joins as Senior Partner starting 13 October 2025.

Niko is an experienced business executive with extensive international experience across various industries, including industrials, private equity, wholesale, and consulting. He has served as CFO, CEO, and board member, and has played a key role in numerous transformation and growth initiatives.

His core expertise includes strategy, finance, corporate transactions, and the development of technologies and operating models that support business. Niko is known for his direct and transparent approach and strong integrity. He has a talent for recognizing people’s strengths and building organizational capabilities and renewal based on them.

His long and diverse career has taken him into various leadership roles and situations where organizations were on the brink of change or development.

His active role as a professional board member and his Authorised Public Accountant (KHT) qualification complement his expertise and strengthen his perspective in supporting both strategic and financial decision-making.
