JFP Executive Search is growing – welcome Laura Airaksinen!

We’re delighted to announce that Laura Airaksinen has joined JFP Executive Search as a Senior Consultant as of August 15, 2025.

Laura is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience as CEO and in demanding executive roles across multiple industries. She is an active board professional and a strong advocate for developing boardroom excellence. Her track record includes leading strategic transformation in times of industry disruption, economic uncertainty, and organizational renewal. Laura has played key roles in numerous mergers and acquisitions and has driven growth in companies of various sizes and structures—from SMEs and family businesses to listed corporations.

Her core expertise includes strategic communication, brand development, leadership culture, and enhancing both employee and customer experience. Laura also brings valuable insight into the public and third sectors, having served in various roles within those environments. In addition to her Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, she has continuously developed her leadership skills through executive education programs and has completed board governance certifications (HHJ and HHJ PJ), further strengthening her board-level competence.
