JFP Executive Search was founded in 1979 and specializes in finding outstanding executives for ambitious companies with a great future ahead of them. Our company employs five Senior and five Research Consultants. We are a member of the international IIC Partners network of executive search companies, which operates globally.

Our conclusions and recommendations are based on the information collected from personal interviews and written assignments, and on the professional skills and evaluation ability of our Consultants in issues concerning the individuals’ performance and ways of working.

JFP handles all information on client organisations and candidates, received during assignments and interviews, with utmost confidentiality. The information we gain is never disclosed to a third party without authorisation and permission from relevant parties.
Anonymity of the candidates
Contacts and negotiations with candidates are always strictly confidential. No information in any form is forwarded without the candidate’s permission. Whenever we contact candidates, we make sure to respect their privacy and act in a professional and considerate way.
