We are a member of the FEX Finnish Executive Search Firms\u2019 Association and have pledged to develop and observe its code and operating principles. Our membership in the association is also a guarantee of the high integrity and quality of our operations for both clients and candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Our key ethical principles are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>JFP handles all information on client organisations and candidates, received during assignments and interviews, with utmost confidentiality. The information we gain is never disclosed to a third party without authorisation and permission from relevant parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anonymity of the candidates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contacts and negotiations with candidates are always strictly confidential. No information in any form is forwarded without the candidate\u2019s permission.
