JFP Executive Search was founded in 1979 and specializes in finding outstanding executives for ambitious companies with a great future ahead of them. Our company employs seven Senior and five Research Consultants. We are a member of the international IIC Partners network of executive search companies, which operates globally.<\/p>\n

During the Management Review process, our Consultants collect information about the skills and competence of the individuals involved, as well as the viewpoints of the participants on the company\u2019s current situation and future challenges and possibilities. Our conclusions and recommendations are based on the information collected from personal interviews and written assignments, and on the professional skills and evaluation ability of our Consultants in issues concerning the individuals\u2019 performance and ways of working.<\/p>\n
