Matti Kaskeala, Senior Partner
Matti Kaskeala is a Senior Partner and Chairman of the Board in JFP Executive Search.
Prior to joining JFP in October 2001 Matti worked both for Finnish and international companies in the FMCG and investment goods sectors. He has over 20 years executive experience in sales, marketing and international operations and he has been living abroad for several years e.g. in Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands.
Matti's clients at JFP are leading Finnish and international companies in various industries, retail and wholesale sectors as well as the service sector. He has recruited executives for general management, marketing, sales, finance, production and HR in Finland and abroad.
Matti holds a M.Sc. degree in Economics majoring in marketing and economics from the Turku School of Economics in Finland. He has also completed several management courses in Finland and abroad. He is a member in IIC Partners’ global consumer practice group. Matti is also Chairman in the Association for Executive Search companies in Finland.
