Kari Peuhkuri, Managing Partner
Kari has worked over 15 years in business and management consulting. He has professional experience in various issues related to human resources in the business environment: recruitment & selection, individual and team coaching, organisational change and transformation projects, management audits and capability reviews. In addition to his role as a senior consultant at international consulting agency Mercuri Urval, Kari also acted as a team manager and a management team member.
Kari has organised and executed several international cross border projects and assignments. He was a member of the Mercuri Urval International Business Board for over 8 years and contributed the development of international business guidelines and co-operation. Kari has also worked as Operational Director for a famous Finnish multipurpose sports venue.
Prior his business career, he has worked as a teacher and has also been stationed in Sweden during his semi professional sports career.
Kari has a Master of Science (Education) from the University of Helsinki.
