Biographies
 | Erkki Arvola, Senior Partner
Prior to joining JFP in January 2002, Erkki’s career included more than twenty years working in the IT industry. He has worked as a Managing Director, Sales and Marketing Director, After Sales Director in big well-known international IT companies in Finland, among others Ingram Micro, Xerox, Digital and Canon. Erkki has also been in charge of the Baltic, Central and Eastern Europe operations and a member of the Nordic Management team.

 | Jussi Holopainen, Senior Partner
Mr. Holopainen has been working about 15 years in various senior management positions (i.e. Business Development Executive/ICI Pharmaceuticals, Managing Director /ICI Chemicals, Zeneca Pharma in Finland, Commercial Director/Zeneca Pharma Mexicana, Managing Director/GlaxoWellcome in Finland, Managing Director/Tamro, CEO/Pharmatory Ltd). He has led several multi-cultural teams and has been stationed i.e. in Finland, Denmark, the UK and Mexico.

Prior to joining JFP Markus worked 3 years in management consulting and over 15 years in pulp, paper and forest industries. His duties have included general management, sales management, supply chain management and business development. Markus has worked for large corporations like M-real and family companies such as Koskisen Oy.

Ina Eklund is a Research Consultant. She also takes care of the day-to-day business at the office. Ina holds a Master of Science in Education & Adult Education. Prior to joining JFP in 2008, Ina worked at the biggest Swedish-speaking newspaper in Finland.
