Executive Search
Executive Search is a process of finding the right candidate to fit your organisation. We aim to match expertise and knowledge of suitable candidates to correspond with the needs of our clients. We combine the highest quality professional research and our wide know-how to make sure of a favourable result.
Defining the position
After detailed specifications made in close collaboration with the client and on the basis of other peripheral materials obtained from him, JFP prepares a written description of the company, the organisation and the relevant job, as well as defining the requirements for the ideal candidate.
Once our clients have approved the description, JFP use it to identify and assess candidates.
Carrying out an Executive Search
JFP carries out a systematic executive search process, which is based on the requirements for the position and the search profile. The aim is to identify people who most likely meet the job requirements and are close to ideal as candidates in terms of their profiles.
JFP will contact these people after identifying them. A thorough interview gives a basis for assessing their skills and personality in relation to the job description and the ideal candidate profile. After the interviews, JFP puts together confidential reports on the most suitable candidates, presenting them in written form. These personal reports include a profile on the candidate together with his or her educational and professional background as well as our estimate of how the candidate matches the requirements for the job.
Presentation of Candidates, Referees’ Statements and Follow-up
After the reporting stage, JFP arrange interviews between the client and the selected candidates. JFP are in attendance at these interviews.
After presenting the candidates, JFP obtain thorough referees’ statements on the selected candidate(s).
JFP are prepared to assist our clients, if requested, in closing discussion on matters related to writing the employment contract etc.
JFP follow the progress of the selected person for at least six months, together with both a representative of the client and the person him/herself. |
